For cultural change to happen, firstly an organisation needs to quantify the current 'one team' behaviors and practices. That is why the think one team™ approach begins with a targeted survey.
Our primary survey tool is a carefully designed and researched questionnaire comprising of thirty questions that are a mix of the organisations' culture and climate. The results are outlined using the framework of the Five Practices.
This is administered online and the results are used in the workshops and implementation phase.

We utilise the online think one team™Partnering Effectiveness Profile to measure the partnering behaviours amongst managers and project / team leaders within the organisation.

Each participant in the think one team™ program receives a resource manual / workbook with detailed notes and reference materials.

Participating organisations receive posters that contain the key messages covered in the think one team™ workshops and book. These colourful posters continue the 'jellybean theme' from the book and are ideal for meeting rooms and offices to reinforce the concepts, techniques and practices of think one team™.
