1. what are the think one team™ profile tools?
Our primary survey tool is the think one team™ profile tool, which is comprised of 30 questions which address both ‘think silos’ and ‘think one team’ behaviour. The questionnaire is usually completed by Managers and teams and the results are outlined using the framework of the five practices. This is administered online and the results provided in the workshops.
Another core tool is the think one team™partnering profile, which is also administered online. This profile focuses on the individual partnering capabilities of key leaders within the organisation by obtaining '360 degree' feeback, using some of the terms introduced in our Partnering modules. Common practice with our clients is to establish which key business linkages to measure, then track the results over a set period of time as part of the corporate dashboard..
2. can I try the think one team™ profile tools?
Our free profile tool can be accessed at our Resources Page.
3. what can the think one team™ profile tool tell my organisation?
The think one team™profile will show immediately where teamwork across boundaries is a strength or weakness for the business. It can also track changes over time.
4. what inspired the think one team™ profile tools?
The second practice of think one team™ is ‘Share the Reality’, so it is important to get real data. Accordingly by testing diagnostic tools in a number of different organisations we settled on one core measure (think one team™ profile) that is used to begin most think one team™ programs.
5. how do the profiling tools fit into the think one team™ Program?
The think one team™ profile provides a baseline measure of the organisation's one team practices, which provides insights into behaviours right across the organisation. As such, it gives Executives, Managers and Staff a clearer (quantifiable) insight into the strength of relationships and practices which makes the workshops much more relevant and practical.
This data is used during the program to both target areas for improvement and to measure that improvement.
